Export & Sanctions Notice

Last updated: July 4, 2026

This notice summarizes public-facing export-control and sanctions expectations for SpecterHawk website use and business inquiries. It is not legal advice, an export classification, a license determination, or a substitute for engagement-specific compliance review.

1. Compliance Responsibility

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable export-control, sanctions, anti-boycott, anti-corruption, procurement-integrity, restricted-party, and end-use laws. Access to website materials does not authorize export, re-export, transfer, release, download, disclosure, use, or deployment where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. No Restricted Submissions Through Public Channels

Do not submit export-controlled technical data, defense articles, controlled technology, classified information, controlled unclassified information, sensitive operational data, or restricted procurement material through public website channels unless SpecterHawk has expressly approved the channel and handling procedure in writing.

3. Restricted Parties, Destinations, and End Uses

You may not use the website or request SpecterHawk engagement in connection with prohibited jurisdictions, sanctioned parties, restricted end users, restricted end uses, embargoed destinations, or activity that would require authorization unless the authorization has been obtained and the engagement has been approved in writing.

4. Screening and Review

SpecterHawk may screen inquiries, organizations, individuals, counterparties, destinations, use cases, ownership, control, funding sources, and transaction context for export, sanctions, procurement-integrity, anti-corruption, and security purposes. SpecterHawk may decline, pause, restrict, or terminate discussions or access where risk cannot be resolved.

5. Technology and Technical Data

Public website materials are intended for general informational review. Technical data, controlled source material, deployment architecture, model artifacts, operational methods, encryption details, sensor integrations, and regulated documentation may require classification, licensing, security review, contractual controls, or restricted handling before disclosure.

6. Government and Defense Context

Defense, intelligence, critical-infrastructure, space, maritime, aviation, and national-security contexts may create additional export-control, sanctions, security, procurement, and information-handling requirements. Public website content does not authorize use in any regulated environment without written review and applicable approvals.

7. User Representations

By using the website, you represent that you are not prohibited from accessing it, are not acting on behalf of a prohibited or restricted party, and will not use the website or materials in violation of applicable export, sanctions, procurement-integrity, anti-corruption, or restricted-use laws.

8. Changes and Controls

Export and sanctions laws change frequently. SpecterHawk may update this notice, restrict access, require additional information, or decline engagement when necessary to comply with legal, security, or policy obligations.
